A Trabuco Hills High School student sued the Saddleback Valley Unified School District on Friday and accused a teacher of pushing him against a cabinet and wall. Jason Michael Keefer and his guardian, Kathleen Delano, are seeking unspecified damages against the school district. The teacher as well as the school's principal are listed as co-defendants. Keefer claims that in January, the teacher approached him while in a classroom and demanded that he turn over a pair of dice.
