The K-pop singer Psy has had no trouble dominating the Internet ( and Dodger Stadium) with his absurdist ode to to the high life, "Gangnam Style. " But he's about to become even more inescapable if Justin Bieber's manager has a say. The Hollywood Reporter notes that the singer born Park Jae-Sang has signed a deal with Scooter Braun, the young impresario and recent New Yorker darling who ushered Biebs and Carly Rae Jepsen into the teenpop troposphere. The deal puts Psy on Braun's Universal imprint Schoolboy Records, and Braun has high hopes for the arrangement.

Wondering where the grown-ups are in Justin Bieber's life? Well, his dad was with him Thursday, but in the wake of the singer's arrest on suspicion of DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license in Miami, manager Scooter Braun has briefly commented. "Been a long day," Braun said on Twitter late Thursday. "Bottom line is we are defined by how we handle adversity. Be there when it counts. Love fully in good times and bad. " Previously, he'd addressed a tweet directly to 19-year-old Bieber: "@justinbieber love you and i will act in the manner of someone who truly cares.

Lil Twist was a lil' twisted early Thursday behind the wheel of Justin Bieber's chrome Fisker Karma - that according to the L.A. County Sheriff's deputies who arrested him around 3:30 a.m. on suspicion of DUI. The aspiring rapper and Biebs BFF - real name Christopher Lynn Moore - was allegedly going 70 mph in a construction zone, L.A. Meryl Streep can't help but hang out in starry company, it seems, but this time it wasn't at an awards show. The three-time Oscar winner found herself in the front row of the Knicks home game versus the Lakers on Sunday night, seated next to rapper 50 Cent. And Fiddy did the world a favor by chronicling parts of the evening on Instagram. The picture above has to be the best, with injured Laker Kobe Bryant, Streep and 50 Cent striking poses outside the locker room after the game.

It's one thing to land a celebrity as a commencement speaker upon graduation. When you're Justin Bieber, however, celebs stage the entire ceremony. This was the case on Wednesday as Ellen DeGeneres welcomed the pop star to perform his hit "Boyfriend," and threw in a last-minute surprise: a cap-and-gown rite of passage to celebrate Bieber's completion of his GED requirements. "I know you graduated two weeks ago and you really didn't have a traditional graduation ceremony. So I'm going to give you one right now," Ellen said (video clip below)

Jennifer Lopez has experienced a sort of home invasion - one only slightly less scary than the kind that first comes to mind. A man whom the star already had an order of protection against managed to get into the pool house of her Hamptons estate and lived there for six days earlier this month, according to reports citing Southampton, N.Y., police. John M. Dubis, 49, a former firefighter from Rhode Island, allegedly slept on the pop star's couch, did a little yard maintenance, posted Facebook photos from the property under the name "David A. Lopez" and left his car parked out front as if he were a welcome guest, the New York Post reported . Dubis was noticed on the property by a worker Aug. 8, Newsday said . He was arraigned the next day - pleading not guilty - on two felonies (second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal contempt)

Mamas, don't let your babies grow up to be Biebers. In video clips from a deposition taken last Thursday in Miami, Justin Bieber at 20 looks like little more than a petulant child - and attention to the clips might be getting under the singer's skin. "Love how some people love to twist and justify the horrible action of others. We all have a right to defend ourselves and feel harassed," he tweeted Monday, hours after the tapes started making the rounds. PHOTOS: Justin Bieber's tattoos The clips, culled by TMZ from 4½ hours of deposition footage (related to a paparazzo's lawsuit alleging he was attacked by one of the singer's bodyguards)

Deport Justin Bieber? A petition asking for just that is apparently headed to the White House, having obtained the 100,000 signatures needed within a month. This puppy actually hit the mark within six days. "We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture," the petition reads. "We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive and drug-abusing Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked. He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nation's youth.

Jude Law, testifying in the News of the World phone-hacking trial Monday in London, was surprised to learn that a close relative had gotten cash to pass along information about him to the tabloid. "I didn't know anyone around me was talking to the newspapers," said the 41-year-old actor, according to the Associated Press. At the time, in 2005, the tabloid was printing stories about Law's then-girlfriend, Sienna Miller, having a romantic relationship with actor Daniel Craig. Law was handed a note with the relative's name written on it, Reuters reported, and was asked when he'd first heard about such a sale of information.

Justin Bieber wasn't sure he liked what he saw. When the petite pop prince from the Great White North first viewed a rough cut of the new documentary "Justin Bieber's Believe," he excitedly called its director Jon Chu in the middle of the night to voice concerns. Not about the less-than-flattering aspects of the movie, like where Chu asks Bieber about him turning into a "train wreck. " Or where the director, speaking off-camera, ponders if Bieber will wind up like Michael Jackson or Lindsay Lohan.
