The most telling line in your article about Dr. Scott Corder ("The Strange Faith of Dr. Corder," by Stephen Braun, Oct. 23) was when the Menninger Clinic doctor told him, "We want to help you get rid of your bizarre beliefs," meaning his belief in aliens. As a self-described "Catholic in remission," I find plausibility in, if not compelling evidence for, the existence of angels. Would you want Corder as your doctor? Well that depends on what the choices are, doesn't it? This brings us back to the national debate we're not having on health care.
