Just as everyone is Irish on St. Patrick's Day, everyone is a wee bit of a Scot during the Annual Scottish Festival at Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa today and Sunday. We can't all have names that begin with Mac, but don't let that stop you from attending. Robert A. Reoch, the organizer of this year's event and "Chieftain of the Games" for the last seven years, has never let it stop him.

COSTA MESA 9am-5pm Festival Those of Scottish descent can celebrate their heritage at the 68th Annual Scottish Festival at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa. If you know little or nothing about your Scottish roots, the more than 60 clans at the two-day event can help. The festival will feature more than 250 bagpipe musicians and 100 Highland dancers. As if bagpipes weren't enough, you can also listen to world fiddling champion Alasdair Fraser.
