A Los Angeles judge on Monday deflated the $5-million breach-of-contract lawsuit against former "Survivor" cast member Stacey Stillman, who alleges the wildly popular CBS television program was rigged. Stillman contends, in a lawsuit filed in February, that she was deprived of a chance to win the $1-million prize because the executive producer of the series, Mark Burnett, manipulated the voting. Burnett's production company, SEG Inc.

Borman's Inc. is negotiating the sale of its Western supermarket operations and expects to receive $28.7 million in net proceeds, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. A majority of the 61 stores in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming and Oregon have already been sold through the company's wholly owned subsidiary, SEG Stores Inc., according to Gilbert Borman, director of public relations. He would not divulge the purchase prices.
