WASHINGTON - In a case that could strengthen truth-in-labeling laws, Supreme Court justices on Monday voiced deep skepticism about Coca-Cola's Pomegranate Blueberry juice that is 99.4% apple and grape juice, saying the name would probably fool most consumers, including themselves. The high court is hearing an appeal from Stewart and Lynda Resnick of Los Angeles, makers of a rival pomegranate juice called Pom Wonderful, who complained that the name of the Coca-Cola product, sold under the Minute Maid brand, is false and misleading.

Actor Tim Curry, who is known for his restoration of older homes, has sold a house in Los Feliz for $3.2 million. The 1928 Spanish-style home was renovated during his ownership while maintaining its period details. The 3,365 square feet of living space includes a study/office, a den, a breakfast room, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There's a guesthouse, a basement and indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Towering palms stand beside the swimming pool on the nearly one-third-acre lot. Curry, 68, has done voice work since 2012 for the animated “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” series  as well as “Randy Cunningham: 9thGrade Ninja.” He is known for his starring role in “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” (1975)

Farmers Insurance has sold its longtime Wilshire Boulevard headquarters in Los Angeles as part of its plan to relocate to the Woodland Hills area in the San Fernando Valley. The new owner of Farmers' three-building, 10-acre campus in Mid-Wilshire is Los Angeles developer and landlord CIM Group. Farmers will lease space from CIM Group as it gradually moves to its new quarters. The phased transition began last year with the move of several employees to the new Farmers Plaza location at Warner Center.

Robin Williams, star of the sitcom “The Crazy Ones,” sold a house this year in the Hollywood Hills  for $869,000, The Times has confirmed. A brick walkway leads to the entry and a brick stoop. The tidy two-bedroom has a Roaring '20s ambience with an arched front door accented by painted bricks in a starburst pattern. Interior archways, hardwood floors, high ceilings and built-in bookcases continue the vibe indoors. The 1,318 square feet of living space includes a screening room, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 1.5 bathrooms.

Actress Anjelica Huston has parted with the five-story contemporary live/work home in Venice that she shared with her late husband, sculptor Robert Graham, for $11.15 million. The 13,796 square feet of loft-like space, some 200 feet from the sand, includes a 10,000-square-foot art studio that was used by Graham, a dance studio, a gym, a library/study, a media room, an office, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The home and studio share a central courtyard shaded by a coral tree.

Mark Pavelich is about to find out, as he is going to auction off his "Miracle on Ice" gold medal, beginning next week through Heritage Auctions . “I'm doing a lot for my daughter here,” Pavelich told Yahoo Sports on Wednesday. “I want her to get a step forward in life. That's probably the biggest reason. " But the gold medal? That seems like it would be hard to part with. “You're limited to what you can do with these things," Pavelich said.

James Van Der Beek of “Dawson's Creek” fame has sold a house in Valley Village for $1,155,250. The 3,017-square-foot house, built in 1936, features a great room with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a bonus room and an open kitchen with bar seating. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. French doors off the master suite overlook a swimming pool at the rear of the one-story home. Van Der Beek, 37, was on "Don't Trust the B-- in Apartment 23" (2012-13) and stars in new series “Friends With Better Lives.” Striking contemporary in Beverly Crest He paid $1.26 million for the house in 2005 and had been leasing it out for nearly $5,000 a month, according to the MLS. The property was listed at $1.155 million.
