Senior Resource Group Company

Senior Resource Group has begun construction on a 249-unit retirement community at 5450 Vesper Ave. in Sherman Oaks. The $35-million project, designed by Oakes & Associates, will include studio and one- and two-bedroom units, with 20% of the apartments for seniors who require assisted living. The full-service retirement community is expected to open in 12 months. SRG is a San Diego-based company that develops and operates senior care and living facilities in the western states.

Senior Resource Group SRG, San Diego, has purchased a 4.5-acre parcel of land in Sherman Oaks and plans to develop a 249-unit full-service retirement residence for seniors. Developer and managing partner, Senior Resource Group LLC, will manage and operate the $35-million project. Construction of the Village at Sherman Oaks is expected to begin in October and take approximately one year to complete.
