Germany agreed Friday to extradite a Bosnian Serb accused of genocide and other crimes against humanity, clearing the last legal hurdle before he can become the first defendant in an international war crimes trial in nearly half a century. Germany said it will extradite Dusan Tadic, 38, to The Hague, where he has been indicted by the United Nations' War Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslav federation.
