An AIDS-infected man charged with paying boys and young men for sex was ordered held on $20- million bail over fears he might try to kill himself. Edward Savitz, 50, was arrested a second time Saturday night in Philadelphia on seven new charges of sexually abusing two teen-age boys during the last three years.

An orthodontist in suburban Philadelphia who was accused of fondling female patients in his dentist's chair was sentenced Monday to four years of probation and stripped of his license. Delaware County Judge Melvin Levy sentenced Warren Graboyes, a 48-year-old father of two who pleaded guilty in April to one count of indecent assault on a 17-year-old girl.

A man with AIDS who may have paid hundreds of boys and young men to have sex with him was rearrested Saturday night after two more teen-agers made allegations against him, police said. The man, known to many as "Uncle Ed," was back in custody Saturday evening, less than a day after he posted 10% of his $3-million bail. He was first arrested Wednesday. Lt. James Mooney of the Sex Crimes Unit said the two latest accusers were identified Friday.
