Jack Osbourne has revealed that he has multiple sclerosis, an incurable and unpredictable disease that attacks the central nervous system. The offspring of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and "America's Got Talent" judge Sharon Osbourne said the diagnosis came just as life was soaring with new joys. Osbourne, 26, and his fiancee recently welcomed a baby girl, Pearl. "While I was waiting for the final results, I got really, really angry," he told Hello! magazine. "Then I got really sad for about two days, and after that I realized: Being angry and upset is not going to do anything at this point, if anything it's only going to make it worse ... 'adapt and overcome' is my new motto.

After staring down cancer, dealing with a husband's nervous breakdown and a son's stint in rehab, the last thing most people would want is to take on a rigorous new challenge. But if this week's debut of "The Sharon Osbourne Show" proves anything, it's that the star isn't like most people. Of course, sustaining a marriage to heavy-metal madman Ozzy for more than two decades probably convinced folks of that some time ago.

Olate Dogs has been crowned the Season 7 winner of "America's Got Talent," proving that America really likes its backflipping dogs (as well as those who conga and wheelbarrow their way across the stage), more than its brilliantly funny comedians or visionary music-makers or performing painters, sand storytellers or precocious dancers. I won't pretend not to be disappointed that Tom Cotter, the comedian who claimed second place, didn't take the win. In the finale, riffing alongside Joan Rivers, he proved himself far funnier than the veteran comedienne as he roasted the judges.

Howard Stern has signed on for another season of "America's Got Talent. " The outspoken radio personality made the announcement on his SiriusXM radio show Monday morning. NBC also issued an announcement that he'd be returning to the talent-competition show in the summer. In true Stern fashion, he displayed a healthy dose of self-esteem in doing so, telling his radio listeners: "Believe me, if I was the only judge, I think the show would be terrific. " He is the first judge confirmed to be making a return.
