Lincoln Property Co. has paid $3 million for 17.6 acres in the Sierra Gateway Commerce Center in Fontana. The Irvine-based developer plans to build four industrial buildings with a total of 385,000 square feet of space on the parcel, at Commerce Way and Santa Ana Avenue. The Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services represented Lincoln Property and will serve as exclusive marketing agent for the planned industrial buildings.
