Sole Survivor of California, an Oxnard maker of outdoor clothing, has sold its headquarters building and moved to a larger plant in that city's Channel Islands Business Park. Sole's former headquarters at the corner of A Street and Wooley Road was purchased by Dynacorn International Inc., an Oxnard producer of auto body parts. Dynacorn paid $825,000 for the 15,000-square-foot building, according to Crocker DiMeo Realty, which represented both parties in the sale.
