Shareholders also approved the company's name change to Sonicport; the ratification of the appointment of Singer, Lewak, Greenbaum & Goldstein LLP as the company's independent public accountants; and the adoption of a 2000 stock option plan. Sonicport.com Inc. is moving its corporate headquarters from Santa Monica to Chatsworth following its acquisition of US Dataworks. Sonicport.com is an application service provider specializing in integrating transaction-processing software with broadband hosting. US Dataworks develops, markets and services transaction processing software for Windows NT computer systems.

Hymel, a physician, is a member of the board of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. * WooJin Kim has resigned as chief executive of Long Beach-based B2BStores.com. No reason was given for his departure. Mark Voorhis, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, will serve as chief executive on an interim basis.

* Litton Industries Inc. in Woodland Hills announced changes in management due to the restructuring of its PRC Inc. subsidiary. Barry L. Rhine has been named president of Litton's newly formed PRC Government Solutions Division and has been assigned as deputy group executive of Litton Information Systems Group in McLean, Va. Lawrence P. Weisen, senior vice president and general manager, will lead the Standard Systems Organization. He will report to Rhine.
