Bethlehem Steel Corp. said it has awarded contracts to Fluor Corp.'s Fluor Daniel unit and VA Technologie AG of Austria to build a $300-million cold-rolling mill at a Maryland steel plant. VA Tech, Austria's largest engineering company, said it will supply equipment for the mill and production lines for $117.4 million. The value of Fluor Daniel's engineering services contract wasn't disclosed.
