Maria Shriver will leave "Sunday Today" to be the host of a series of prime-time specials for NBC News, the network is expected to announce soon. According to sources, Shriver will be replaced by Mary Alice Williams as co-anchor with Garrick Utley on the Sunday morning news program. Williams, who has been talking to Cable News Network about possibly returning there, has been without a prime-time assignment on NBC since Jane Pauley began subbing for Tom Brokaw on "NBC Nightly News."
