Susquehanna Media is in talks to sell its radio stations to a group of investors including Cumulus Media for more than $1 billion, the New York Times reported. The company is also nearing a separate agreement to sell its cable TV operations to Comcast Corp. for close to $750 million, the newspaper reported, citing executives involved in the talks. Susquehanna, the largest privately held U.S. radio broadcaster, owns more than 30 stations in the biggest U.S. markets.
