John McCain and Barack Obama differed Friday night over spending, Iraq, diplomacy and who could best change Washington during a wide-ranging and largely polite presidential debate that took place after the Republican nominee abandoned plans to skip the event. United Arab Emirates police have released details of the killing, including that the hit squad members carried fake British, Irish and German passports, some in the names of Israeli citizens who apparently were unaware that their identities had been usurped.

We are thrilled to be here and to have a chance to spend time with so many outstanding young people from St. Xavier's College and so many other schools across Mumbai. Now, this is my first trip to India, but it is not my first exposure to India's wonderful culture and people.
