What happens at Justin Bieber's house stays at Justin Bieber's house -- unless you want to cough up a $3-million penalty for spilling the pop star's secrets. The Biebs had his guests sign a non-disclosure agreement (obtained by TMZ ) stating that they owed the big bucks if they in any way spilled the beans about what went on inside the Saturday rager, which Justin himself described afterward as something out of "The Great Gatsby. " That's cheaper than last time around , in May, when Bieber's NDA threatened a $5-million penalty.

Tom Cruise's divorce from Katie Holmes generated big headlines but little actual detail about the split. Now a newly leaked deposition from the action star's legal proceeding against Bauer Publishing is giving a small peek behind the scenes. Cruise in October 2012 brought a $50-million defamation suit against the publisher of Life & Style and InTouch magazines over cover stories that accused him of abandoning daughter Suri after the split with Holmes. In the supposedly confidential depo, obtained by TMZ and others, Cruise admitted that although Holmes was a practicing Scientologist before and during the marriage, she ended her relationship with the church at the time of the divorce.

The kiss seen around the world between former "Smash" actress Katharine McPhee and former "Smash" director Michael Morris - both of whom are married - has reportedly been causing some chaos, honey. Morris, married to actress Mary McCormack, found himself feeling the consequences. According to Page Six , McCormack kicked Morris out of their Los Angeles home Sunday when he told her that TMZ photos of him kissing McPhee were about to break online. Morris knew the photos would break, Page Six reports, since he himself tried to buy them from TMZ, hoping to protect his marriage and reputation.

Amanda Bynes has reportedly changed treatment facilities, swapping the halls of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center for a ritzier joint in Malibu. Bynes made the move to the Canyons Treatment Center about three weeks ago, according to TMZ . The Bynes family's lawyer told the website that the move was on doctors' advice and that Amanda was making "great strides towards recovery. " He said she's getting one-on-one psych care, not treatment for substance abuse. Sources close to the former actress told TMZ that the 27-year-old was "scared" at UCLA because she was with people in worse condition than she is and rarely left her room.

After a week in which news about Lamar Odom was moving very quickly, the basketball player has been arrested on suspicion of DUI - for driving too slowly. The arrest capped a week in which rumors that the "Khloe & Lamar" star was cheating on wife Khloe Kardashian Odom gave way to allegations that he had a drug-abuse problem. Headlines screamed briefly that Odom was "missing" after a failed intervention attempt, but his agent cleared that up somewhat, telling ESPN only that the NBA free agent wasn't missing, and that Khloe knew exactly where he was. Early Friday morning, Odom was going about 50 mph when he was pulled over on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley, L.A. Now reported.

DMX has been arrested for the third time this year. However, the "Ruff Ryders Anthem" rapper was in the passenger seat this time, according to rep Domenick Nati. South Carolina police said they noticed a warrant out for DMX stemming from a previous case of driving without a license and informed him that he needed to go to jail, according to a police report obtained by TMZ. They also said that DMX smelled as if he were drunk and was in possession of weed when he was arrested.

Joan Collins, the 80-year-old "Dynasty" star, reportedly asked to be removed from Shirley Jones' tell-all autobiography in a scene involving the offer of an orgy. Jones recently published "Shirley Jones: A Memoir. " In the book, the "Partridge Family" actress and Oscar-winner depicts a scene in which the young actresses and their then-husbands, Jack Cassidy and Anthony Newley, had dinner at Collins and Newley's Beverly Hills home in the late '60s.
