The company's revenue grew 5% in the quarter ended in September, to $4.11 million from $3.92 million. Trio-Tech said it managed the profit gain despite unfavorable exchange rates affecting its Far East operations.

Its nine-month loss was $362,000, compared with a loss of $840,000 a year before. Revenue was $11.
