The streets of Santa Ana are full of talented young soccer players like Eumir Mondragon and Jose Guzman. But often, that talent is never showcased because teams from Latino communities, for logistical and financial reasons, aren't able to compete against the best club teams from other regions. But U.S. Soccer, the governing body for amateur soccer in the country, is trying to change all that.
