Orders From Moscow: ITM Inc. in Costa Mesa said Friday that its Atlanta subsidiary, SST Inc., has concluded its first agreement to sell 1,000 laptop computers worth about $2 million to a scientific organization in Moscow. ITM, a trade management firm, already has been paid for the computers in Soviet rubles, said Mark Talieh, the company's president.
