New President Idriss Deby accused the United States of running a camp to arm and train soldiers to overthrow Libya's Col. Moammar Kadafi. The accusations followed acknowledgment by the United States that it had evacuated 200 to 700 Libyan nationals from Chad after Hissen Habre was overthrown a week ago. U.S. officials said the airlift to an undisclosed location was purely humanitarian.
