Sen. Dan Coats (R-Ind.) attacked President Clinton on Saturday for expanding government bloat and misleading the public over efforts to reform America's education system. "It is time the administration stopped promising educational reforms without actually reforming anything at all," Coats said in the weekly Republican radio address. "In fact, they perpetuate the failing system by throwing ever more money at failing programs."
