Pasadena school officials have approved a three-year contract for a Sacramento management company with local partners to manage a $240-million districtwide campus improvement project. The contract for Vanir Construction Management and its partners, Clarence J. Broussard & Associates of Irwindale and Pacifica Services of Pasadena, is worth $3.5 million. Vanir has managed 400 other projects in 47 school districts, officials said.
