A Los Angeles zoning administrator has blocked a Westchester businessman's effort to open a nude dancing club at his massage parlor. Alex Wyszomirski, owner of the International House of Massage at 9138 S. Sepulveda Blvd., had sought permission for the dancing club. A zoning law bans adult entertainment outlets within 500 feet of residential areas. The massage parlor, though located next to a residentially zoned airport parking lot, is more than 500 feet from any actual residences.
