Council members on Tuesday will consider a one-year, $547,000 agreement between a contractor and its Public Utilities Department. The proposed agreement with Xenergy Inc., which since 1999 has been the prime contractor for the residential portion of the city's Advantage Services, would include services for maintaining the existing five programs and adding an Internet audit site for residential utilities customers.
